Privacy policy

This policy has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
It is written to be aware of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and every fact in it has been confirmed by Juris Prime Legal Consultancy, but it is not legal advice. It should be reviewed by someone qualified.
Who we are
This website is operated by Traced Growth, at Sama Building, Office 401, Al Barsha 1st, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Traced Growth is a trading name of Juris Prime Legal Consultancy, a company registered and licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 18647/2023. Juris Prime Legal Consultancy is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, and is the entity you are contracting with.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and optionally your company, the service you are interested in, your budget band, your timeline, and the message you write. If you email or apply for a job, we receive whatever you put in that message.
We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles of people who visit this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, and to carry out work you engage us to do. We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job applications are kept for 12 months from our last contact with you, and are then deleted. If you engage us for work, the records of that engagement are kept for as long as the contract runs and for 12 months afterwards.
You do not have to wait for that. You can ask us to delete your data at any point — see your rights below.
Who else sees it
Two providers process data on our behalf, and neither uses it for their own purposes:
- Formspree — delivers the enquiry form on our contact page to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and the info@tracedgrowth.com mailbox. Their privacy policy is at hostinger.com/privacy-policy.
Both are outside the UAE, so an enquiry you send us is processed abroad. If that matters for your organisation, email or call instead of using the form — the address and number are on the contact page.
Cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no cookies at all — no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font provider, so visiting these pages does not tell anyone else that you did. If that changes, this policy and the cookie policy change with it, and non-essential cookies will be off until you turn them on.
Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time where our use rests on consent.
To do any of that, email info@tracedgrowth.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
